Booking Process, Cancellations & Deposits:
After confirming dates and details, payment will be accepted at time of booking or 30 days in advance. By booking and providing payment information you agree to all of the below policies associated with your reservation.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of one full night’s rate per room is due at the time of booking
Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 14 days of arrival.
Payment options
We love e-transfers but understand people like the convenience of credit cards. If you choose that option we will send an invoice and payment request through QuickBooks with a 3.5% charge to cover the transaction fee.
Check-in/out:
Check in: After 3:00 p.m. on day of arrival Check out: Before 11:00 a.m. on day departure
All guestroom charges are subject to Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax (HST= 13%)
Municipal Accommodation Tax - MAT
The City of Stratford has created a 4% MAT tax that came into effect on July 1st 2023.
